COVID-19 Policy & Restrictions

As of June 14, 2022 at 11:59pm Alberta moved into Step 3 of lifting health restrictions in regards to COVID-19. With this change, there will no longer be mandatory screening or mask use.

Although there will no longer be screening, we ask that if you are feeling unwell that you reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.

We have left practitioner masking up to the individual practitioners. If you prefer them to wear a mask during your appointment, please do not hesitate to ask - they would be happy to do so.

All services at our main Airdrie location are within Unit 105. Please grab a seat in the lobby and your practitioner will come and meet you at your appointment time.

Pelvic Health Physiotherapy

Pelvic health physiotherapy is an effective treatment for many pelvic concerns. It can help women, men and children of all stages of life including to improve bladder and bowel function, pelvic pain symptoms, bed wetting, pre and post natal & peri-menopause. We direct bill all major insurance companies.


Massage Therapy

Massage is typically considered part of integrative and complementary rehabilitation. It is increasingly popular and offered as standard treatment for a large variety of medical conditions. Studies of massage benefits conclude that it is an effective way of reducing pain, stress, and muscle tension.

Chiropractors combine their in-depth knowledge of the body with specialized hands-on clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and treat neuromusculoskeletal conditions- or in laymen terms injuries affecting nerves, muscles, and joints. Your treatment will be tailored to your unique needs and goals. Each treatment will likely consist of some combination of chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapies such as Active Release or Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Therapy, movement re-education, and home exercises when indicated.

Compression therapy is a non-invasive modality proven to assist with increasing circulation and range of motion, relaxation & recovery. Reduce pain and soreness, boost pressure to pain threshold and clear muscle cell metabolites from the limbs after physical activity.
If you are not a current patient or have not been assessed appropriately and instructed on use of modalities - book an initial assessment (new patients) or treatment with recovery (current patient) with Dr Zach or Jessie.

Nicole is a Registered Massage Therapist graduating from Makami college’s 3000 hour Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy program. Nicole enjoys getting to know and help each of her clients. During a massage she can utilize a variety of techniques such as: therapeutic, deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point therapy, dynamic cupping, myofascial line release, and passive stretching taking careful consideration of each individual’s needs. She is well versed in pre and postnatal massage. Nicole truly believes massage can be beneficial for everyone.

She is passionate about helping everyone with their massage needs, whether it be a relaxation massage to reduce stress or reducing muscle tension and trigger points to ensure improvement in daily living activities. Lindsay graduated with a Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University in 2012 after completing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She is level 2 certified in Functional Dry Needling, as well as having completed the Level 1 and 2 lower post graduate course in manual therapy from the Orthopedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. She has completed training in Women’s Urinary Incontinence from Uro Sante in Montreal, Level II and III Female and Male pelvic pain courses from Pelvic Health Solutions, as well as specialty courses from Pelvic Health Solutions including, Pregnancy and the Pelvic Floor, Pelvic Girdle Pain and the Pelvic Floor, Mobilization of Visceral Fascia for Treatment of Pelvic Dysfunction- Level 1: The Urinary System, the Rost course for pelvic girdle pain, specialized training to fit Pessaries in practice, Breastfeeding Support for mom and baby, Post Caesarian Birth Rehabilitation, Diastasis Rectus Abdominis and the Implications for Low back, and Paediatric bladder/bowel concerns. Dr Zach graduated cum laude from the University of Western States as a Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr Zach has experience working with a wide variety of patients from elite athletes and weekend warriors to people simply looking to navigate life with less pain. He realizes that no two patients are the same and therefore neither should their treatment. He uniquely tailors each of his treatments using a multitude of approaches including various soft tissue therapies, joint manipulation/adjustments, rehabilitation and education to help empower his patients to reach their goals and find long term solutions.

With over 20 years of clinical experience and continuing education, including extensive coursework in Women’s Health and Pediatric Pelvic Health, Lori is certified in medical acupuncture, K-Taping for Women’s Health and Pediatrics, Hypopressive Low Pressure Fitness™, and is currently completing her certification as a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES). Recognized as a local expert in infant torticollis and plagiocephaly, Lori has also completed specialized training to offer breastfeeding support and mastitis treatment to mothers facing breastfeeding challenges, addressing latch and positioning concerns from the perspective of both mother and infant.
