Growing up, I knew I wanted a career that would combine my love of health
sciences and helping people. In 2018, I graduated from Ontario Tech University
with a Bachelor of Science Honors in Kinesiology. That same summer, I moved to
Calgary and completed my 2200-hour Diploma in Massage Therapy from Mount
Royal University.
I now live and work in Airdrie, where I get to help people feel better and move
better through massage therapy. My massage style combines therapeutic and
relaxation techniques but is always tailored to what you’d like. Areas of interest
include pre-and post-natal, pediatrics, postural conditions, as well as those
suffering from headache and migraines and general stress.
Whether you’re a child experiencing growing pains or a senior looking to maintain
range of motion, I’d love to work with you to create a personalized massage
therapy plan that supports your body’s needs.
I’m always looking to learn additional techniques and tools to help my clients. I
currently have additional training in Prenatal Massage and Dynamic Cupping.
When I’m not massaging, I love spending time with my fiancé and pup travelling
or spending time in the mountains!

Christine is originally from Vancouver Island and has been a part of the Airdrie community for 25 years. As a mother of five (and a grandmother!) she has raised her kids and worked in Airdrie for the majority of those years.
Prior to her career in acupuncture Christine was a dental assistant for 25 years, working mostly with neuromuscular dentists. It was during this time she was educated to look at a person as a whole and to look for imbalances in the body. This lead to seeing how different practitioners could work together for the common goals in optimizing patient health.
As an acupuncturist she now strives to create balance in the whole body with the focus of creating harmony of the body, mind, and spirit. She is excited to be a part of Embrace Wellness and to help with your health care needs.
Christine graduated from Alberta College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in June 2021 as a Doctor of Acupuncture and is registered with the College of Acupuncturists of Alberta.
Christine enjoys spending time with her family and friends and can often be found on a lake kayaking, biking, or in the mountains. She also enjoys live music, and theatre.
